Why bring us in?
You can open an account and connect an app yourself. The harder part is deciding what the assistant should see, which model or mode suits the job, how much context it needs, and where you should approve the result.
We turn a blank AI workspace into a focused, tested assistant—and show you how to keep it useful.
We match the platform, available model or effort level, and workflow to the work you want done. A routine task should not automatically use the heaviest option.
We load only the apps, instructions, and business context the agent needs. That keeps the workflow simpler and helps avoid unnecessary usage.
We review permissions, test the workflow on real examples, and add approval steps before messages are sent or business records are changed.
Connected to your business
Email, documents, customer information, and project work can become useful context for AI. We check your exact apps and account permissions before you book.

OpenAI
Connect available apps, organize business context, and configure reusable skills or agents supported by your account.
Anthropic
Connect supported apps and approved folders, tailor skills or plugins, and set up repeatable work in Claude Desktop.
Each package covers one platform. We confirm your account has the required features first. Independent setup service; not affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.
What would you delegate?
These are starting points, not a fixed menu. Your included agent is configured around an agreed workflow from your business.
EXAMPLE AGENT · OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Find answers across approved files, turn notes into action lists, summarize project progress, or prepare a weekly owner update.
EXAMPLE AGENT · CLIENT ASSISTANT
Gather account context, draft a tailored follow-up, prepare a proposal from your template, or review open opportunities.
EXAMPLE AGENT · CONTENT ASSISTANT
Use your brand notes to draft a newsletter, repurpose approved material, research competitors, or compare suppliers for a decision.
We agree on the sources, output, and review step, then test the workflow with you. Recurring runs are configured when your platform and setup support them.

You own the accounts. AI subscriptions, app fees, and usage charges are paid directly by you and are additional to setup. No required monthly service contract.
Clear scope before you book. Packages use existing supported connectors, one account per app, and one workflow per configured agent. Gmail and Google Drive count as two apps. A simple Jobber route may fit the Business package; custom APIs, MCP development, data migrations, and company-wide rollouts are quoted separately.

You sign in and approve access. We set up the connections, instructions, and agents.
Run the workflow, check the output, adjust instructions, and learn how to create your next simple agent.
Before we connect
A reusable assistant setup for one agreed workflow, with a clear job, instructions, approved sources, and an output to review. Depending on your platform, this may be a saved agent or an assistant with a configured skill or plugin. It is not a separate employee or a custom software application.
We use supported connectors available for your chosen platform and account. Common options include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and Asana. We can also assess Jobber integration routes. We confirm the exact apps and permitted actions in your fit check. Some connections need your workplace administrator’s approval.
Often, yes—but it is not presented as a one-click connection. Jobber supports automation through Zapier and private integrations through its API. A compatible MCP server may also be possible. We first confirm the exact data and actions you need; simple setups may fit a package, while custom API or MCP development is quoted separately.
We help you decide based on the apps you use, the work you want to delegate, and the features available in your account. Each package sets up one platform; you do not need to subscribe to both.
Where supported, we can configure your agreed workflow to run on a schedule. Availability depends on the platform, plan, and connected tools. Some desktop workflows need the computer awake and the app open. We explain the operating requirements before setup.
You will practice delegating a task, checking sources and results, editing agent instructions, and adapting or creating a simple agent. We also cover access permissions, when to approve an action, and how to keep an eye on usage costs.
You do. AI and app subscriptions stay in your name and are billed directly by their providers. Our one-time fee covers the agreed setup, training, and tune-up period. We confirm any required paid plan or extra usage cost before booking.
We start with drafts and review steps. Sending messages or changing business records requires the supported tools, appropriate permissions, and your agreed approval process.
