AI setup & implementation for small business
Know your business.
Stop the revenue drain.
Put AI to work.
OwnerLift configures ChatGPT or Claude around the way your business actually works—using the tools you already have, practical workflows your team can use, and controls that keep access and cost in check.
New York City in person • Nationwide remotely • Setup from $249
Illustrative workflow. Your setup uses only the sources and actions you approve.
See the business more clearly
Where are time and revenue quietly leaking?
Small businesses rarely need another disconnected AI subscription. They need a practical way to see what matters, reduce repetitive work, and use the systems they already pay for.
Follow-ups get buried
Leads, quotes, customer questions, and internal commitments disappear across inboxes and applications.
Knowledge stays scattered
Your team searches email, files, chats, and customer systems before it can answer a simple question.
The owner becomes the system
Too many decisions depend on one person remembering what happened, what is late, and what comes next.
AI is bought—but not implemented
Employees experiment individually while the business has no shared context, useful workflows, or usage standards.
We first check whether your existing software already solves the problem. Then we configure native AI and supported connections around the work your business actually performs.
One implementation outcome
From “we should use AI” to a setup your team can use tomorrow.
OwnerLift handles the initial research, decisions, configuration, testing, and training. You keep ownership of every account.
Assess
Understand your business, applications, repetitive work, information flow, and security concerns.
Choose
Recommend ChatGPT, Claude, or another supported environment based on your work—not vendor preference.
Configure
Set up company context, workspace settings, users, permissions, models, and usage guidance.
Connect
Connect supported applications only when they add real value and request the minimum useful access.
Enable
Build and test practical workflows, then train your owner or team on the finished setup.
Vendor neutral by design
Your tools. Configured properly.
We start with the AI and business software you already use. Availability depends on your provider, plan, permissions, and supported connections.
ChatGPT Business & Work
Workspace setup, business context, supported apps, useful agents or skills, permissions, and team guidance.
Claude for Small Business & Cowork
Projects and context, supported connectors, skills or plugins, permissions, repeatable work, and team guidance.
We use official and supported connections where possible. Native features come first. Custom APIs, custom MCP servers, complex middleware, and significant coding are excluded from the launch packages and evaluated separately.
Practical from day one
Useful workflows—not a blank chat box.
We choose the workflows with you, define what information they may use, test their output, and keep a person in control of important actions.
Owner Daily Brief
Today’s schedule, priorities, follow-ups, and decisions from approved sources.
Business Q&A
Find and summarize relevant information across approved business context.
Email Assistant
Draft replies in your business voice for an employee to review before sending.
Weekly Business Review
Organize completed work, open items, deadlines, opportunities, and concerns.
Meeting Assistant
Prepare context before a meeting and turn notes into actions afterward.
Marketing Assistant
Draft posts, announcements, FAQs, and simple campaigns from approved information.

Before we start
Good questions deserve clear answers.
Can we set this up ourselves?
Yes. OwnerLift is not selling secret technology. We save you the research, experimentation, and trial-and-error, then leave you with a tested setup your team understands.
Do you recommend ChatGPT or Claude?
We remain vendor-neutral. The recommendation depends on your applications, workflows, team, permissions, and the features available in your account.
Can you connect Jobber, QuickBooks, or Housecall Pro?
We first assess the software’s own AI and automation features, then any officially supported connections. We do not promise every application or action. Custom APIs and MCP servers are evaluated separately.
Will AI send messages or change records automatically?
We start with human review: AI prepares, an employee reviews, and an employee acts. Any automated action requires supported tools, appropriate permissions, testing, and your approval.
Who pays for the software subscriptions?
You do. All AI and business-application accounts remain customer-controlled and are billed directly by their providers. We confirm likely subscription requirements before implementation.
What happens during the free AI Fit Call?
In 20 minutes we review your business, team, current tools, AI usage, and the work you want to improve. We then tell you whether the $249 or $499 setup is a sensible next step.
